Supplier due diligence and RFQ planning

Verify factory, machine, mold and quotation evidence before order.

This page provides a buyer-side verification checklist. It does not establish the legal manufacturer, contracting entity, production site, service commitments or project performance.

Content inventory date: 2026-07-15. Identity, rights, human review and commercial terms remain evidence-gated and must be confirmed in the written quotation.

Photo-style illustrations make the verification workflow easier to understand. They are not factory, customer, production or acceptance evidence.

Entity and evidence review

What this factory page is allowed to claim.

Public entity data is limited to the PetBlowMold site brand, domain and contact route. Legal entity, registration, founding date, registered address and brand relationships remain verification pending until evidence and human approval are attached.

Supplier verification

Buyers should verify identity, machine and mold fit, trial records and commercial handoff.

PetBlowMold organizes public product routes and RFQ inputs. It does not publish an unverified manufacturer relationship or treat reference media as proof of a factory, customer, order or measured result.

  • Machine route is reviewed against bottle volume, material, output and floor-space constraints.
  • Mold route is reviewed against drawing quality, neck finish, cavity target and sample acceptance.
  • The written quotation should identify the contracting entity, final manufacturer and included handoff scope.
Media governance

Factory video verification pending

The supplied clip is withheld because capture metadata, publication rights and human approval are not complete. It is not published as real-machine, factory or customer proof.

No factory video is published while the asset remains in pending verification.

Asset status Not published
Verification Capture metadata, rights review and human sign-off pending
Publication boundary not published as real-machine, factory, customer or project proof
Final confirmation by bottle drawing, material, cavity plan and destination
  • Request media tied to the quoted model and configuration.
  • Confirm capture date, location and rights holder.
  • Require written human approval before treating media as supplier evidence.
Quality path

Evidence to review before deposit or shipment.

For machinery projects, trust should come from drawings, samples, trial checks, packing records and service scope, not from generic factory claims.

01 Drawing review

Ask the quotation to identify the bottle dimensions, neck finish, resin and acceptance criteria used for route selection.

02 Mold and machine matching

Ask for written confirmation of cavity plan, mold fit, heating route, air assumptions and bottle handling.

03 Trial and sample checks

Request project-tied samples, trial criteria and approval records before shipment decisions.

04 Packing and handoff

Require the quotation to state packing, spare-parts, utilities and downstream handoff scope.

Evidence request checklist

Request records tied to the quoted entity, model and project.

The site does not publish pending-rights factory media as proof. Use these modules to specify the documents and project-tied records needed before order or payment.

Request module

Supplier and machine identity

Request evidence tied to the quoted legal entity, model, serial or build reference and configuration.

  • Contracting entity
  • Quoted model and configuration
  • Dated project-tied media
Request module

Mold and bottle fit

Request signed tooling data tied to bottle drawing, neck finish, cavity target and machine interface.

  • Signed mold specification
  • Bottle drawing revision
  • Sample acceptance criteria
Request module

Trial and acceptance

Request a dated trial record tied to the quoted machine, mold, material and target bottle.

  • Trial date and location
  • Machine and mold identifiers
  • Measured acceptance result
Request module

Packing and commercial handoff

Request the final packing list, delivery boundary, utilities, spare-parts list and acceptance handoff in writing.

  • Packing list
  • Delivery and risk boundary
  • Written commercial scope
Selection governance

Supplier review should protect buyers from wrong machine fit.

Route
Best for
Data status
Buyer action
KRC900-I / KRC900-II
Compact PET/PP bottle programs, sample bottles, cosmetic and medicine containers.
Strongest parameter coverage
Choose this route for bottles up to 1000 ml when target output is in the 700-2500 pcs/hr KRC reference range.
KRC1500-I / KRC2500-I
Small-to-mid capacity packaging factories and new production projects.
Model route available; exact configuration requires confirmation
Send bottle sample and output target before final equipment selection.
KRC5000-I
Higher-output production line planning where capacity is the main question.
Model route available; exact configuration requires confirmation
Confirm line footprint, downstream interface and mold route early.
Bottle blow mold / preform mold
Buyers who already know the bottle shape but need mold and machine matching.
Manufacturer capability profile
Send drawing, neck finish, cavity target, material and acceptance sample.

Factory verification questions before quotation

What factory evidence should be checked before deposit?

Check machine assembly photos, mold detail photos, trial sample evidence, running checks, packing records and the agreed service scope.

Why is written confirmation still required?

Bottle volume, mold cavity, heating route, air pressure, voltage, line handoff and destination can change the final machine and service configuration.

Can one RFQ request machine, mold and auxiliary scope together?

Yes. The RFQ can request a combined scope, but the written quotation must identify the contracting entity, final manufacturer, configuration and included commercial scope.

Supplier review

Send bottle and preform details before model selection.

The fastest route is a compact engineering brief: bottle drawing or sample image, material, capacity, target pcs/hr, destination and whether the project needs only equipment, only mold or a full line.
